Count shopping as your post-turkey workout.


Do lots of heart opening yoga poses before you head home for the holidays.

Officially be sick of every squash variety known to man.

Refuse to read food blogs until you have fully recovered from your Thanksgiving eating.

  1. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I actually counted 4 veggies/fruits; my mom’s fall salad, my cranberry sauce, my sweet potato casserole, AND my pie 😉 Yeah!
    And yes, helping with pie cutting was my workout on THursday, and Friday…’s just so hard!
