I don’t know about you but my Saturdays and Sundays have been super busy. So I decided to plan ahead and hook you guys up with a yummy recipe I concocted after an overdue trip to the grocery store yesterday.
4 Ingredient Fridge Bars
- 1/2 c pitted dates [diced]
- 1 1/2 c melting chocolate
- 1/4 c unsalted butter
- 8 graham crackers (the full sheet)
- How to: Put butter and chocolate in a microwavable bowl and allow to melt. Meanwhile take the graham crackers and crush them in a bowl or plastic baggie until crushed into some small pieces and some powder. Add graham crackers, melted chocolate, and diced dates to a mixing bowl. When mixture is integrated spread evenly in a baking dish and pop them in fridge! Allow to refrigerate for 1-2 hours and cut into strips or bars. Enjoy!
