30 Day Shred DVD Giveaway

If you’ve been following my blog for a few weeks you may have remember that as part of our goals for 2010, Matt and I came up with some monthly relationship goals to keep us close & healthy long past the New Year!

March marks our month of participating in the 30 Day Shred! We thought this would be perfect motivation for us to get back in shape after some indulging on our cruise and we want you to join us! Do you want to kick start your Spring workout plan but you don’t own a copy of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred? Then this contest is for you!

  3. I LOVE cardio kickboxing. Full body workout and I’m sweating buckets after 60 minutes in class. It’s such a great stress reliever!

  9. My favorite is volleyball and basketball, but its so hard to get people together to play, so my favorite individual thing would be running.
    I borrowed that DVD from the library a while back and loved it!

  10. My favourite exercise would be my Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. I have a few and I like that I can plug them in and do them in my home.

  13. I’d love to win this DVD, especially after reading about it on soooo many blogs. Right now my favorite exercises are forrest yoga, running, and strength circuit training – I have to mix it up and keep it fun so I have something to look forward to!

  20. I would love to try this video out! I do a lot of interval type training alternating between cardio and muscle toning. It keeps me motivated and keeps me from getting bored!
